The Human Resources (HR) department is responsible for the administration of this Equal Employment Opportunity policy. HR will monitor its implementation and effectiveness regularly and will report to executive management for review.

5. Complaint Procedure:

– Any employee who believes that they have been subjected to any type of discrimination that conflicts with the company’s EEO policy should promptly report the incident to their immediate supervisor, HR, or any member of management.
– The company will promptly investigate all allegations of discrimination in a fair and expeditious manner. To ensure impartiality, a thorough review will be conducted by a party or parties not involved in the allegation.
– Confidentiality will be maintained throughout the investigatory process to the extent practical and appropriate under the circumstances.
– Any employee found to have exhibited inappropriate conduct or behavior against others may face disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

6. Policy Dissemination and Acknowledgment:

– This policy will be distributed to all employees and incorporated into the employee handbook.
– All new hires will be provided with a copy of this policy during the onboarding process.
– Training sessions will be conducted annually to discuss the policy and to ensure that all employees understand their rights and responsibilities under the policy.

7. Policy Review:

This policy will be reviewed annually and adjusted as necessary to reflect any changes in legislation or company objectives. The HR department will notify all employees of any changes to the policy.
